Green Vibe Energy: Holistic Wellness for Woman Over 40

What do you mean by Green Vibe Energy?

Green Vibe Energy is powerful healing energy found in nature, represented by the color green. These energies come from:

The heart chakra: this is the energy of unconditional love.
The Earth: nature is incredibly healing and science proves the benefits of grounding your body into the Earth. Connecting with the Earth means incorporating the energies of the air, earth, fire, and water into your healing and fostering a deeper relationship with and stewardship for the Earth, which truly provides everything we need not only to survive, but to thrive.
Plants and things that spring forth from the Earth: for tens of thousands of years, people (and animals!) have explored the properties of plants and identified the powerful energies that are contained within. From food to pharmaceuticals, plants contain not only nourishment but medicine. They have the power to heal, and working with herbs is an inexpensive and accessible way to support development of strength and wellness in the body. Herbalism works hand-in-hand with western medicine, but in a less intrusive and gentler way than western practices. Their very design is perfect to support midlife wellness.

But what do you do?

Green Vibe was born from my personal experience. I never expected my path to lead to advocating for women’s wellness, but I’m grateful I was learning to go with the flow when this journey started. Being human, it’s complex and complicated to answer the questions, “Who are you? What do you do?”

First and foremost, I am learning to prioritize my own healing while breaking toxic generational patterns; I am discovering my own value and learning that I am worthy of being happy and having a life that is fulfilling and fun. It has been brutal work, this healing. I have been doing it by myself. But I’ve been well supported, having discovered how important nature-based wellness is to my mental health. And while we each have a very personal healing journey, we don’t have to walk alone. We can walk our own path next to other women walking on their paths. So I am inviting other women to join me, and to help me create an environment of safety, so that our daughters have an example from which they can learn.

My life’s purpose is in creating safety and supportive environments in which women (especially Gen X women) are empowered to create a life from which they never need to escape. Green Vibe Energy is one piece of the scaffolding around that work. It teaches women about the powerful ways in which they can begin their own healing journey, supported by the power of nature.

A Hexagon of Healing

Using my “hexagon of healing” model, women are encouraged to take the lead role in their own healing. I teach women how to approach their life with femininity and grace, and connect them to tools available in nature to support their wellness:

Plant medicine
Getting Real with you about you: Human Design, Radical self-accountability
Vibration/Energy
Mindfulness
Meditation
Outdoor life (elemental experiences)
Community/Connection: Shared transformational experiences through communication, travel, and play

At the heart of my work is the facilitation of a community of GenX sisters: a safe space for healing and empowerment. We are building a sisterhood that will become the place we GenXers wish we had as young adults. Then, as each woman is regaining her sense of self and remembering that she is ALIVE, we engage our inner child and embrace our “Second Adolescence”, engaging in fun, playful activities that foster connection, and transformational guided group travel is how we put all we learn into practice. We work to heal ourselves, one another, and the Earth.

Or, to put it plainly, I curate healing, fun, and help other GenXers become fully ALIVE.

Second Adolescence?

Yep. It means just what you think it means. We are returning to our youthful view of the world; play is central to our lives, and joy is freely expressed, without worry of what anyone thinks. I’m not just talking about the activities you engage in, but also how you express yourself outwardly. Wear all the loud colors and patterns! Dress in a costume to go to the store. Hand a stranger in the park a pool noodle and challenge them to a duel on the spot. Second Adolescence is about women empowerment to live without worry about how it affects other people, because guess what? It doesn’t affect them at all!

I’m looking for other GenX ladies who are ready to get out of survival mode and become fully ALIVE to band together. Who says you can’t be a kid again? I think it is crucial that you re-learn to play and to prioritize joy. It is time to awaken others to the fact that this is their life, and it should be one that bring you joy. I think it’s crucial to claim your sovereignty and bring joy back to your life.

In fact, I’m going to call this a movement.

It’s for GenX ladies who are ready to get out of survival mode.

It’s called The VibeTribe.

You want to truly discover who you have become
You are ready to claim your sovereignty
You are ready to be fully ALIVE, and to live loudly
