I am a powerful healer. This has been a life-changing discovery. It is a discovery that awaits all those who are interested in healing from the trauma and programming we have experienced in our youth which have caused us to distance ourselves from our true nature. I cannot heal you – but I can teach you how to use the natural world around us as the tools for creating powerful healing for yourself.
I offer a variety of ways to support your healing journey:
- Plant medicine pathways: This is my comprehensive program to help you learn how to work with herbs to facilitate healing. This is a long-term program that includes an in-depth evaluation of your current health and your life story that brought you to where you are today. I make suggestions for incorporating herbs into your routine and can create custom tinctures, balms, salves and elixirs to support your health goals. Appointments are scheduled at least bi-annually (but there will be a membership program offering that will allow access to monthly check-ins).
- Guided meditation: Meditation is one of the most important practices to be adopted in everyone’s healing journey. Meditation is key to mastering your mind and is a powerful tool for decreasing stress and anxiety.
- Education: It is my mission to expose the power we all have to heal ourselves. I hope to create valuable resources for my community to empower every person on the Earth to find connection to the tools they need to heal. No one is coming to save you or me, so we must lean on one another and help each other through this work.
- GVE Apothecary: My work has resulted in learning that I have a talent for creating powerful and effective natural products that I use to eliminate chemicals, preservatives, and toxins from my repertoire. I am slowly but surely eliminating all unnatural products from my life. I will create small batches of the medicines that work well for myself and my clients, and I will make these available at the lowest possible price and put these in my GVE Apothecary for those who do not have the time to create their own medicine.
